ARPT
Attachment Repair and Processing groups is a therapeutic approach aimed at healing and addressing emotional wounds related to attachment.
In group you will learn how early relationships, particularly with parents and/or caregivers, influences our current emotional well being, how we feel about ourselves and how we relate to others and the world. You will be able to process past attachment-related trauma such as abuse, neglect, abandonment or inconsistent caregiving and to explore how these experiences affected you.
The goal for this program is to help repair those attachment wounds, creating a more secure self and improving our attachment relationships with others. Participants also have the opportunity to work one to one with a therapist regarding their personal attachment wounds and reparation after group sessions.
Group runs Monday to Friday all day.
